三才
任何情境的三個座標
天（時機 / 大環境）、地（基礎 / 條件）、人（行動者 / 關係）。 《易經》的核心方法之一：把任何情境拆成這三層去讀。
漏了任何一層，判斷大概率錯。最常見的失敗是：團隊很強（人）、產品好（地）但時機不對（天），結果失敗——你很難承認， 因為前兩層看起來都對。三才 是在強迫你把第三層也看進來。
Heaven (timing, larger context), Earth (foundation, conditions), Human (actors, relationships). One of the Yijing's core methods: decompose any situation through all three. Missing any one usually misreads. The most common failure: strong team (Human) and good product (Earth) but wrong timing (Heaven) — and you struggle to admit it, because the first two look right.
在六爻裡的具體位置
一個 64 卦有 6 條爻，從下往上：
Each of the 64 hexagrams has 6 lines. Reading from bottom to top:
時機。大環境。趨勢。氣運。任一情境裡你個人控制不了的那一層。
Timing, climate, macro trend — what you can't control individually.
行動者。關係。決策。情境中誰在做什麼，他們之間怎麼互動。最常被讀錯的一層——人們以為這是全部。
Actors, relationships, decisions. The layer most often misread as the whole.
基礎。條件。資源。地形。情境最底層的物理現實。
Foundation, conditions, resources — the situation's underlying physical reality.
為什麼九五最重要
五爻在「天」這一層的下半部，也是全卦的中心位置——既屬於天的領域，又最接近人的行動層。 因此在 64 卦的解讀傳統裡，九五常被視為「君位」、「最佳位置」。 乾卦 九五「飛龍在天」就是這個——時機到位、自身到位、有實力且能合作。
理解三才之後再讀爻辭，你會發現位置不只是「第幾條線」，而是「在天 / 人 / 地 哪一層的哪個位置」。
Line 5 sits in the lower half of Heaven, and at the center of the whole hexagram — both in the heavenly region and adjacent to the human action layer. That's why line 5 is traditionally "the ruler's position." 乾 line 5 — "the dragon soaring in the sky" — captures this: timing, self-positioning, and capacity for cooperation all aligned.
作為決策框架
站在你的決策面前，三才依序問：
- 天：時機如何？ 大趨勢往哪走？這個決策是順勢還是逆勢？此時做這件事和半年前做、半年後做的差別在哪？
- 地：條件如何？ 你手上有什麼資源、能力、人脈、時間、現金？這片土地能種什麼、不能種什麼？
- 人：行動者如何？ 你自己 + 利益相關者，每個人的動機是什麼、能力是什麼、關係如何？
三層都通才動。如果有一層明顯不通，那就回到那一層去調整，而不是硬推。 「逆天而行」的事業常常是 天不通；「人才團隊很強但產品不對」常常是 地不通； 「時機對 + 條件好 + 但人不對」常常是 人不通——這時候缺的是換人或換結構。
Stand in front of any decision and ask in order: How is the timing (Heaven)? How are the conditions (Earth)? Who are the actors (Human)?
All three must be open before you act. If one layer is clearly blocked, return to that layer and adjust — don't push through. "Pushing against heaven" usually means the timing is wrong; "great team but wrong product" usually means the foundation is wrong; "right time, good ground, wrong people" usually means you need to change the human element rather than the action.

倪海廈's 《天紀》 series organized life into three "ways" — 天紀道 (understanding the workings of time and fate), 地脈道 (understanding terrain and environment), 人間道 (understanding human relations and action) — which is 三才 as a lived practice. Take 30 seconds before any situation to ask "How's heaven? How's earth? How's human?" and you'll avoid most structural misjudgments. This is a coordinate system the Yijing gives you that works immediately — no need to memorize 64 hexagrams.
