三才

天（時機、大環境）、地（基礎、條件）、人（行動者、關係）。 易經的核心方法之一，就是把任何情境拆成這三層去讀。

漏了任何一層，判斷十之八九會錯。最常見的失敗是：團隊很強屬人，產品好屬地，但時機不對屬天，結果還是失敗， 而且很難承認，因為前兩層看起來都對。三才逼你把第三層也看進來。

Heaven (timing, larger context), Earth (foundation, conditions), Human (actors, relationships). One of the Yijing's core methods is decomposing any situation through all three. Miss one and the reading usually goes wrong. The most common failure: a strong team (Human) and a good product (Earth), but wrong timing (Heaven), and it still fails. That's hard to admit, because the first two layers look right.

五爻在「天」這一層的下半部，也是全卦的中心位置，既屬於天的領域，又最接近人的行動層。 因此在六十四卦的解讀傳統裡，九五常被視為「君位」、最理想的位置。 乾卦九五「飛龍在天」正是如此：時機到位，自身到位，有實力又能合作。

理解三才之後再讀爻辭，你會發現一個位置的意義，不只是它排在第幾條線，還要看它落在天、人、地哪一層。

Line 5 sits in the lower half of Heaven, and at the center of the whole hexagram: both in the heavenly region and adjacent to the human action layer. That's why line 5 is traditionally the ruler's position. Qian line 5, "the dragon soaring in the sky," captures this: timing, self-positioning, and the capacity for cooperation all aligned.

站在你的決策面前，三才依序問：

1. 天：時機如何？ 大趨勢往哪走？這個決策是順勢還是逆勢？此時做這件事和半年前做、半年後做的差別在哪？
2. 地：條件如何？ 你手上有什麼資源、能力、人脈、時間、現金？這片土地能種什麼、不能種什麼？
3. 人：行動者如何？ 你自己和利益相關者，每個人的動機是什麼、能力是什麼、關係如何？

三層都通才動手。有一層明顯不通，就回到那一層去調整，不要硬推。 「逆天而行」的事業常常是天不通，「人才團隊很強但產品不對」常常是地不通， 「時機對、條件好，但人不對」常常是人不通，這時候缺的是換人或換結構。

Stand in front of any decision and ask in order: How is the timing (Heaven)? How are the conditions (Earth)? Who are the actors (Human)?

All three must be open before you act. If one layer is clearly blocked, return to that layer and adjust; don't push through. "Pushing against heaven" usually means the timing is wrong; "great team but wrong product" usually means the foundation is wrong; "right time, good ground, wrong people" usually means you need to change the human element rather than the action.

三才不只是拆解爻位的工具，也可以直接當日常判斷的習慣。命理、風水、醫理這些傳統學問， 說到底處理的都是天、地、人這三件事，只是各自的切入角度不同。

把三才當日常工具用：遇到任何情境前，花三十秒問自己「天怎樣？地怎樣？人怎樣？」， 就足以避開大部分結構性的誤判。這是易經給你的一個隨時用得上的座標系，不需要先懂六十四卦。

San Cai isn't only a tool for parsing line positions; it also works as a daily habit. Traditional fields such as fate calculation, fengshui, and medicine all deal with heaven, earth, and human in the end, just from different angles. Make it a habit: before any situation, take thirty seconds to ask how heaven is, how earth is, how human is. That alone avoids most structural misjudgments, a coordinate system from the Yijing you can use right away, with no need to know all 64 hexagrams first.

Now that you hold yin-yang, bagua, and san-cai, you have all the foundational tools to read any hexagram. Suggested path:

1. 先讀 乾卦 和 坤卦，純陽純陰的兩極。
2. Read Qian and Kun first, pure yang and pure yin, the two poles.
3. 讀 屯卦（開局之難）和 謙卦（六爻皆吉），對照看不同型態的卦在說什麼。
4. Read Zhun (opening difficulty) and Qian, the modesty hexagram (all lines auspicious), and compare how different hexagram shapes speak.
5. 用 起卦 為一個你目前的真實情境抽一卦，回到剛學的三個座標系（陰陽、八卦、三才）讀讀看。
6. Cast for a real situation you're facing right now. Read it through the three coordinate systems you just learned: yin-yang, bagua, and san-cai.
