十二消息卦
12 個卦對應 12 個月。從 冬至 一陽 來復、到 立春 三陽開泰、到 立夏 純陽 至乾、到 夏至 一陰 始姤、再到 立冬 純陰 入坤—— 一年 之 中 陽 的 消長 形成 完整 循環。古代 把 這 個 循環 稱為「卦氣」，是 易經 與 天文曆 法 接 軌 的 核心 之一。
12 hexagrams map to 12 lunar months. From winter solstice's yang-returns 復, through spring equinox's three-yang 泰, to early summer's pure-yang 乾; then summer solstice's first-yin 姤, through autumn's draining force, to early winter's pure-yin 坤 — a complete cycle of yang waxing and waning. The classical name for this is 卦氣 (hexagram-and-qi), the core of how 易經 connects to the astronomical calendar.

怎麼讀這個輪盤
頂部 12 點 = 乾卦（4月 巳，純陽巔峰）。從 這裡 順時針 走，每 過 30° 就 進 入 下 一個 月。陽 開始 退（姤、遯…），到 6 點 鐘（10月 亥）就 是 純 陰 的 坤 卦。 然後 一陽 來 復、繼續 順時針 上 升，回到 頂部 完成 一年。

應 用 方法：每 個 月 進入 新的 節氣 時，回 到 這 個 輪盤 看 當 月 的 卦， 讀 它 的 完整 內容。一 整年 走 下 來，你 自 然 內化 了 12 卦 + 整 個 陽 消 陽 息 的 循環。 這 比 一卦 一卦 死記 強 很多。
Top (12 o'clock) = 乾 at peak yang (4th lunar month). Going clockwise, every 30° advances one month. Yang declines through 姤 / 遯 / etc.; at 6 o'clock (10th month) we reach pure-yin 坤. Then yang returns at 復 and the cycle resumes upward to the top. Vermilion dot marks today's corresponding hexagram. Center disc shows the active hexagram (today's by default; hover any to switch). Operationally: each month as new solar terms begin, return to this wheel and read the current month's hexagram in depth. After a full year, you've internalized all 12 and the cycle of yang's waxing and waning — far more effective than memorizing hexagrams individually.
12 消息卦的歷史地位
「消息」二字 出 自《彖傳》：「君子尚消息盈虛，天行也。」消 = 衰退，息 = 生長。十二消息卦 是 漢易 卦氣 體系 的 主架構，由 西漢 京房 系統化、經 漢 唐 沿 用、為 後 世 占卜、風水、奇 門、命理 都 提供 時令 框架。
倪海廈 在《天紀》中 強調：每 個人 的 命 / 病 / 事業 都 在 一個 大 循環 中，要 看 你 此 刻 在 12 卦 中 的 哪 一個 位置—— 不 是 抽象 的「運勢 起伏」，是 結構 性 的 時 位 判斷。年 / 月 / 日 / 時 都 有 各自 的 12 消息卦 對應，把 你 的 處境 在 多 個 時間 尺度 上 同時 定位。
The phrase 消息 appears in the Tuan Zhuan: "The gentleman attends to waxing-and-waning, fullness-and-emptiness — the heavenly motion." 消 = decline, 息 = growth. The 12 cycle hexagrams form the architectural backbone of Han-era 卦氣 (hexagram-and-qi) theory, systematized by Western Han scholar Jing Fang and shaping later Chinese divination, fengshui, qimen, and natal astrology.
倪海廈's 《天紀》 emphasizes: every person's life / health / career sits within a great cycle. The question is: where in the 12-hexagram cycle are you at this moment — not as abstract "fortune," but as structural position-and-timing. Year, month, day, and hour each carry their own 12-cycle correspondence, locating your situation simultaneously across multiple time scales.
