斷事方法論

起卦完成、看到主卦和變爻，常見的卡點是：「所以呢？」 這頁是一份結構化的指南，把卦象連到現實情境的下一步。

基本原則先說清楚：

• 易經不預測未來，攤開的是當下的結構，讓你自己看。
• 卦不會替你做決定，它把選擇背後的時、位、關係攤開，讓你自己判斷。
• 同一個卦，對不同人、在不同情境下意義不同，所以讀法永遠要扣回你的具體情境。

After casting, the common stuck point is: “so what?” This page is a structured guide for connecting the hexagram to real-life next steps. Three principles come first. The Yijing does not predict the future; it unfolds the present structure for you to see. The hexagram does not make your decision for you; it surfaces the timing, position, and relationships behind the choice so you can judge for yourself. The same hexagram means something different to different people in different situations, so any reading must always be anchored to your specific context.

1. 把問題寫精準
   Write the question precisely

   不是「我今年運勢如何」、「會不會成功」這種抽象問題，是「我該不該接X公司的這份工作邀約」、 「我該怎麼處理和Y的這次對話」這種有實際選項、有時間範圍的問題。 卦讀的精準度，直接和問題的精準度掛鉤。

   Write your question in concrete terms. Avoid abstractions like “how is my luck this year?” or “will I succeed?” Ask something like “should I take this role at Company X?” or “how should I handle my conversation with Y?”, a question with real options and a time frame. The precision of the reading tracks the precision of the question.

2. 起卦並記下六爻
   Cast and record the six lines

   在 起卦頁 用三錢卜或大衍筮法。 記下：哪個方法、得到什麼卦、有沒有變爻、變爻是哪幾爻。 這幾項全寫下來，不要只記主卦的名字。

   Use the casting page with coin oracle or the Yarrow method. Record everything: which method, which hexagram, whether there are changing lines, which ones. Write it all down, not just the hexagram's name.

3. 讀主卦的象
   Read the primary hexagram's image

   用 如何讀象 的六步走過一次：上下三爻、自然象、家族、性情、三才、五行。 不要急著套到自己情境，先理解這個卦本身在說什麼。

   Use the six-step image-reading method: upper and lower trigrams, the natural image, family roles, the action verbs, and the three powers and five phases. Don't rush to apply it to your situation; first understand what the hexagram itself is saying.

4. 讀變爻（如果有）
   Read the changing lines (if any)

   變爻是此刻的關鍵，它說的事就是你目前情境裡最被觸及的那一層。只有一條變爻，以那條爻辭為主； 有多條變爻，傳統做法是看最上面的那一條，或對照之卦一起讀；沒有變爻，就以卦辭為主， 代表整個卦處在穩定狀態。

   Changing lines are the key to this moment; they point to whatever layer of your situation is most active right now. With one changing line, read that line's statement as primary. With multiple changing lines, the traditional approach is to read the topmost one, or to compare it with the resulting hexagram. With no changing lines, read the hexagram statement as primary: the situation is stable.

5. 讀之卦（如果有變爻）
   Read the resulting hexagram (if lines changed)

   之卦不是預言結果，說的是方向：情境若隨時間自然展開，會往那個樣子走。 比較主卦和之卦的差異，看看什麼在變，這個變化你是樂見，還是想阻止？

   The resulting hexagram is not a prediction; it points to a direction. If the situation unfolds naturally, it will tend toward that shape. Compare what changes between the primary and resulting hexagrams: what is shifting, and do you welcome that change or want to head it off?

6. 套上三才看你的情境
   Apply the three powers to your situation

   拿 三才 的天、人、地三層來問你的具體情境： 時機（天）、條件（地）、人物（人）各自是什麼狀態？卦在哪一層給出最強的信號？ 信號在天，提示你關注時機；在人，提示你關注關係或合作；在地，提示你關注資源或結構。

   Apply the three powers, heaven for timing, earth for conditions, human for people, to your concrete situation: what is the state of timing, resources, and the people involved? Which layer is the hexagram signaling most strongly? If heaven, attend to timing. If human, attend to relationships. If earth, attend to resources or structure.

7. 找到一到三個可操作的下一步
   Find 1-3 actionable next steps

   不是要你做重大決定，是你今天或這週就能做的一到三件事。 卦給的提示要落到「我下一步要做什麼」的層次，否則容易停在「啊，原來如此」，然後沒有下文。

   Not a grand decision. One to three concrete things you can do today or this week. The casting's guidance should ground in a specific next action, or you will stay stuck in the “aha, I see” moment and never act.

假設你問：「我該不該接X公司的工程副總裁職位？」起卦得到 屯卦，初九是變爻。

步驟三讀主卦象：水（坎）在雷（震）之上，動在險中，是開局之難，雲雷並興卻還沒成雨。

步驟四讀變爻：初九「磐桓，利居貞，利建侯」，徘徊難進，不要急動，重要的是先立一個主事者。

步驟五讀之卦：初九變後得 第八卦比，水地比，代表親附、合作。情境若展開，會往找到對的人合作的方向走。

步驟六三才視角：

• 天，時機：屯卦本身就是時機尚未完全成熟的信號。
• 地，條件：你目前的能力、資源能不能撐這個位置？
• 人，行動者：X公司目前的領導層、董事會，以及你的團隊，是否足夠匹配？

步驟七可操作的下一步：

• 不要立刻答應或拒絕，屯卦說的是不可有所往
• 具體做法：找未來會直接合作的二到三位關鍵人物，先單獨深聊，也就是建侯的意思
• 確認之卦比所指的合作條件是否可以實現，再決定

斷事的方法就是這樣：卦把決定背後的結構攤開，讓你看清下一步該做什麼來釐清；該或不該，還是由你自己判斷。

Worked example: you ask, “should I take the VP of Engineering role at Company X?” and cast Zhun (Hexagram 3) with line 1 changing. The hexagram says: opening difficulty, motion in peril. The line says: hesitate, don't rush, and install the right governing person first. The resulting hexagram, Bi (Hexagram 8), points toward partnership and alignment. Through the three-power lens: timing isn't fully ready, conditions still need verification, and the key people need vetting. For next steps: don't decide yet, have two or three deep conversations with the future collaborators who matter most, and verify that the conditions for partnership can actually be met before committing. The cast never answers yes or no; it surfaces the structure of the decision and points to what will clarify it.

• 不要連續問同一個問題。得到一個卦就讀那個卦。再卜一次只是因為你不想接受答案。
• 不要把吉凶字面化。古文的「吉」「凶」指的是順、逆，不是你會發財或倒楣。
• 不要超出卦能回答的尺度。卦適合回答「在這個情境下我該怎麼判斷」，不適合回答「樂透哪個號碼會中」、「我會活幾歲」這類超範圍問題。
• 不要用卦取代溝通。對於人際情境，卦的提示是幫你看自己的角度，不能取代直接和對方溝通。
• 不要忘了卦反映的是當下。過幾週情境變了，再卜可能會給不同的卦，這不是矛盾，是時間本身在流動。

A few important don'ts. Don't ask the same question repeatedly, hoping for a different answer. Don't take auspicious and inauspicious literally: they mean moving with the flow or against it, not that you will get rich or suffer misfortune. Don't ask questions outside the hexagram's domain, such as lottery numbers or lifespan. Don't substitute a casting for actual communication; for interpersonal situations, the cast clarifies your own view, not the other person's. Don't forget that the cast reflects the present: a different cast weeks later, once the situation has shifted, is not a contradiction, it simply reflects time moving on.

斷事久了會發生兩件事：

1. 你會越來越會看懂自己情境的結構，不論用不用卦。卦是訓練看結構的工具，能力本身會內化。
2. 你會開始看到，六十四卦其實是六十四種反覆出現的人生情境模式，不只是六十四個獨立詞條。 某些卦會在不同年份反覆抽到，因為你的結構性處境在重演。看到這個規律，就能跳出循環。

易經用得夠久，會內化成一種看世界的方式。到那時候，你不必每次都靠占卦，直接就能讀懂情境。

Long-term, two things happen. First, you get better at reading your own situational structure, with or without the hexagram: the cast trains the skill, and the skill internalizes. Second, you start seeing the 64 hexagrams not as 64 entries but as a taxonomy of recurring life patterns. The same hexagrams come up across the years because you keep encountering the same structural situations, and seeing that pattern lets you exit the loop. Used long enough, the Yijing becomes a way of seeing the world, internalized rather than consulted. At that point, you no longer need to cast every time; you read the situation directly.
